Sohal Tang
The Sohal Tang is a dominant, high-impact showpiece species known for its bold horizontal striping, electric blue accents, and bright yellow highlights. Native to the Red Sea, it commands attention in large reef systems and brings constant movement and presence.
This is not a beginner fish. The Sohal is highly territorial and can be aggressive, especially toward other tangs. It requires a large, established aquarium with plenty of swimming space and careful stocking strategy. In the right system, it becomes a centerpiece fish with unmatched personality and visual intensity.
Primarily herbivorous, it thrives on a diet rich in marine algae, supplemented with high-quality prepared foods to maintain health and coloration.
