GENERAL

By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SPS Reef Co reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

PRODUCTS & PRICING

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of products or services.

We have made every effort to display product colors and descriptions as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the actual color of a product, particularly with live corals which are natural organisms and may vary from photos.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or for commercial quantities.

Payment must be received in full prior to shipment of any order. We accept all major credit cards and any other payment methods listed at checkout.

LIVESTOCK

The purchase of live animals including corals, fish, and invertebrates carries inherent risk. By purchasing livestock from SPS Reef Co, you acknowledge and accept the following:

All livestock sales are final. We do not accept returns on live animals. You must have an established, cycled aquarium ready to receive livestock prior to placing an order. SPS Reef Co is not responsible for livestock losses resulting from improper tank conditions, acclimation errors, incompatible tank mates, or events beyond our control including carrier delays due to weather or mechanical failure. Our Arrive Alive Guarantee and DOA claim process are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

SHIPPING

Shipping terms, rates, and policies are outlined in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms applicable to your order type. SPS Reef Co is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPS Reef Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to livestock losses, equipment failure, or aquarium damage. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of SPS Reef Co or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.
